Charles McMorris

Owner & Founder | Chef

Chuck has been in the hospitality and restaurant industry for over 15 years. He has managed all types of places including sports bars to fine dining. He can prepare almost any type of dish that you're looking for and loves to do so.

​

Fun fact: he was a coach for a long time, and still plans to do it again!

Leah McMorris

Owner | Director of Operations

Social Media Manager

Leah has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 12 years and is your go to person when booking with us. She spends over 50 hours a week working behind the scenes to ensure everyone is doing what they need to do, and is where they need to be.

Fun fact: she has a degree in respiratory therapy!

Ashley Quintela

 Head Event Staff Manager

Ashley, AKA "Quin" has worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 13 years. She works alongside Chuck and Leah and helps ensure the staff has everything they need for their events. She has been with us since our very first event! She spends hours with us a week handling things behind the scenes! She spends her weekends at your events and loves to do so!

​

Fun fact: she has a little boy, and one on the way! Pregnant or not, she will be at your event ready to work.

Krystal Sanchez

Event Staff Manager

Krystal has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over â€‹15 years. She spent 14 years alone catering. She is our fastest employee and gets her job done quick, efficient and fast. She works with us as her second job and spends her Saturdays at your events.

Fun fact: she used to cater over 10 events A DAY!
